City police investigate report of possible prowler in Owings Blvd area
Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011, 9:21 p.m. — Bardstown Police responded to the 100 block of Owings Blvd. for a report of a possible prowler in the area. A resident said he thought someone tried to open a door to his home.
