Richard Eric Snow, 31, sexual abuse, first-degree, victim under 12 years of age.

Edward W. O’Bryan, 59, assault, first-degree; possession of firearm by a convicted felon.

Matthew Ryan Spalding, 25, failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor.

Gina Marie Moses, 18, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting.

Brandon Scott Sheckles, 28, trafficking in controlled substances, second-degree (20 dosage units or less, drug unspecified).

Earl Hager Miller, 57, receiving stolen property under $10,000 and complicity to same.

Hank Brisco Lanham, 21, public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcholol).

Harold Thomas Jackson, 43, disorderly conduct, first-degree; alcohol intoxication in a public place.
