JEANETTE F. MATTINGLY

(UPDATED Aug. 16, 2012) Jeanette F. Mattingly, 59, of Loretto, died Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2012, at her home. She was born Aug. 18, 1952, and was a native of Marion County. She was a Baptist by faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mack McKenzie; her parents, Junior and Viola Payne Fields; and her infant brother, Michael John Fields.

Survivors include two sons, Robbie McKenzie of Rolla, Mo., and Obie Whitehead, Jr. of Bardstown; one daughter, Shona Whitlock of Lebanon; five sisters, Ann Hunt, Faye Buckler and Brenda Fields, all of Lebanon, Debbie Leake and her husband Freddie Leake of Raywick and Peggy Lee and her husband Jackie Lee of St. Mary’s; one brother, Ricky Fields and his wife Beverly Fields of Raywick; and four grandchildren.

A graveside service is 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17, 2012, at Highview Cemetery in Raywick with the Rev. Will Sipes officiating.

The pallbearers will be Justin Leake, Jon Brown, Joey Fields, Dylan Abell, Michael Drury and Al Walston.
