Melody Denise Lynn Coulter, infant

Melody Denise Lynn Coulter, infant, died Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, at her home in Fayette County. She was eight days old.

She is survived by her parents, Adam Coulter and Brittany Caudill of Lexington; her maternal grandparents, Bill Caudill of Sterling Heights, Mich., and Dede Burchett of Wellington; her paternal grandparents, Pat and Cheryl Coulter of Chaplin; great-grandmothers Faye Caudill of Racoon, Shirley Johnson of Wellington, Opal Hood of Chaplin, and Jonie Burchett of Louisa.

The funeral is 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, at Big Woods Community Church in Wellilngton with burial in Big Woods Cemetery with Bro. Bryan Proctor officiating.

Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17, 2012, at Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield, and 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, at the Big Woods Community Church in Wellington.

Houghlin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
