One person injured in Sunday motorcycle crash on Lenore Road

Sunday, Feb. 27, 2011, 6:48 p.m. — A 47-year-old woman was injured Sunday evening when the motorcycle she was riding left the highway and rolled over Sunday about 6:45 p.m. The accident happened on Lenore Road in Cox’s Creek. Nelson County EMS transported the woman, who was complaiing of left rib and left arm pain, to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment. A second person on the motorcycle refused treatment by EMS. The Nelson County Sheriff’s Office investigated the accident.
