Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, 1 a.m. — Kentucky’s 2nd District Congressman Brett Guthrie will be a guest by telephone this morning from the Republican National Convention in Tampa during WBRT’s “Brooks & Company” show, 11 -noon.
