Sept. 3,, 2012

Donald Scott Hibbs, 22, disorderly conduct, second-degree; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Francis James Linton, 41, fleeing or evading police, second-degree (on foot); alchol intoxication in a public place.

Sept. 4, 2012

Rebecca Lynn Wade, 25, theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting.

Stanley Wayne Dempley, 19, burglary, third-degree, and complicity to same; theft by unlawful taking/disposition-all others, and complicity to same.
