Sherri Marie Whelan, 45, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting.

Anthony C. Kapetanios, 20, crimial mischief, first-degree, and complicity to same; complicity to burglary, third-degree; complicity to theft by unlawful taking/disposition-auto; complicity to criminal mischief, third-degree; complicity to criminal mischief, second-degree; unlawful transaction with a minor; complicity to theft by unlawful taking-building.
