Police arrest Bardstown alternative school teen after drug investigation

Friday, Sept. 21, 2012, 12:50 p.m. — An 18-year-old student at Bardstown Alternative School, 6855 Louisville Road, was arrested Friday afternoon at the school. A Nelson County deputy sheriff responded about 11:50 a.m. Friday to the school after receiving a report that a student at the school was believed to be in possession of illegal drugs. The student, an 18-year-old woman, was taken to the Nelson County Jail.
