Joseph Paul Riggs, 29, possession controlled substance, first-degree (methamphetamine); theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting; contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Britany Ann Back, 22, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting.

Jaymason Allen Thomas, 22, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.

Christina Di Angelo, 31, criminal trespassing, third-degree; alcohol intoxication in a public place.
