Nelson Circuit Court indictments — March 2, 2011

The following people were indicted by a Nelson County grand jury on Wednesday, March 2, 2011. They are set for arraignment in Nelson Circuit Court on March 17, 2011 unless otherwise indictated.
Glen Keith Robinson Jr., 32, Bloomfield, possession of a forged instrument, second-degree (six counts) and complicity to the same (six counts).
According to the indictment, between Dec. 29, 2010 and Jan. 3, 2011, Robinson, either acting alone or in concert with Jaclynn S. Ludwig, allegedly possessed six forged checks totaling $625 and passed them at Fairfield Grocery. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only plus conditions.
Jaclynn S. Ludwig, aka Jaclyn Wooldridge, 33, Bloomfield, possession of a forged instrument, second-degree (six counts) and complicity to the same (six counts).
According to the indictment, between Dec. 29, 2010 and Jan. 3, 2011, Ludwig, either acting alone or in concert with Glen Keith Robinson Jr., allegedly possessed six forged checks totaling $625 and passed them at Fairfield Grocery. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only plus conditions.
Stacey Lynn Mitchell, aka Stacey McElwain, 37, Bardstown, was indicted by a Nelson Circuit Court grand jury Wednesday, March 2, on six counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument.
The indictment stems from several incidents involving Mitchell allegedly forging documents between Oct. 1, 2010 and Feb. 17, 2011. Those documents include a rental agreement and two checks totaling $432.10 at Aaron’s Rental, and a court order regarding child custody arrangements which included the forged signature of Judge Jack Seay.
Mitchell is also charged in the indictment with possession a forged W-2 employee wage form that showed her to be employed by Jewish Hospital, and possession of a forged Certificate of Nursing from the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
Bail was set at $25,000 cash only plus conditions.
Danny Ray Owens Jr., 39, Bardstown, sexual abuse, first-degree (victim under 12); incest; persistent felony offender, second degree.
According to the indictment, sometime between Feb. 18-20, 2011, Owens allegedly subjected a relative under age 12 to sexual contact. Bail was set at $50,000 cash only with conditions.
Jerry Nation, 31, Bloomfield, possession of firearm by convicted felon; persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $25,000 cash only plus conditions.
Daniel A. Parsons, 32, Bardstown, assault, second-degree; persistent felony offender, first-degree. Bail was set at $50,000 cash only plus conditions.
Robert Ladon Bracewell, 30, Bardstown, forger of a prescription. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only plus conditions.
James K. Bryan, 40, New Haven, flagrant non-support, persistent felony offender, second-degree. According to the indictment, from April 6, 2001 through Jan. 31, 2011, Bryan allegedly failed to provide support, resulting in an arrearage of $11,362.04. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only plus conditions.
Nicholas Graham, 22, Loveland, Colo., flagrant non-support. According to the indictment, from Sept 1, 2009 through Jan. 31, 2011, Graham allegedly failed to provide support, resulting in an arrearage of $5,000.50. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only plus conditions.
