Bloomfield man injured when thrown out of or struck by car

Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012, 11:55 p.m. — A 48-year-old man Bloomfield man suffered face and head injuries about 10:55 Wednesday night after he was either thrown from a vehicle or struck by one on Marvin Downs Lane. Passers-by reported finding the injured man in the roadway.  Bardstown Police are looking for a grey or silver Ford Taurus with front-end damage that was reported in the area at the time of the incident. The man was taken by Nelson County EMS to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment.
