Phillip Michael Vaughn, 64, Bardstown

Phillip Michael Vaughn, 64, of Bardstown, died Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012, at his home. He was born July 31, 1948, in Louisville. He was a retired truck driver and an Army veteran who served during the Vietnam era.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles P. and Florence Boes Vaughn.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Hardin Vaughn of Bardstown;

three sons, Patrick Vaughn and Chris Vaughn, both of Louisville and Phillip Vaughn and his wife Mickey, both of Bardstown; three brothers; one sister; and seven grandchildren.

Cremation was chosen and at this time no public services are planned.
