Nelson Circuit Court indictments — Dec. 1, 2010

The following people were indicted by a Nelson County grand jury on Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010. They are set for arraignment in Nelson Circuit Court Dec. 16.
Jeffrey K. Barnett, 25, Bardstown, assault, second-degree, two counts; criminal abuse, first degree, two counts. According to the indictment, sometime between Nov. 19 and Nov. 26, Barnett allegedly shook and squeezed an infant and caused serious physical injury. Bail was set at $50,00 cash only, plus conditions.
Michael Steven Lyvers, 33, first-degree burglary; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the indictment, Lyvers allegedly entered a residence with the intent to commit a crime while armed with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $50,000 cash only, plus conditions.
Joey R. Helton, 20, Bardstown, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; tampering with physical evidence; possession of a defaced firearm; disorderly conduct, second-degree; alcohol intoxication. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
Felicia Rayshaun, “Fe” Williams, 27, Bardstown, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance, second-degree; possession of a controlled substance, third-degree; possession of marijuana; persistent felony offender, second-degree. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
Adam Elliott, 30, Oldham County Detention Center, LaGrange, second-degree burglary. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
Dominique A. McMakin, 19, second-degree assault. Bail was set at $20,000 cash only, plus conditions.
Jacob Kenneth Mattingly, 23, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Bail was to be set at arraignment, plus conditions.
