Joshua Jack Bartley, 20, Bardstown

Joshua Jack Bartley, 20, of Bardstown, died Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012, at his residence.

He was born July 30, 1992, in Bardstown, and was a special child who was cared for by his parents his entire life.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Kevin Anthony Bartley and his paternal grandmother, Bernice Durbin.

Survivors include his parents, Jack N. and Janie Hillard Bartley; one sister, Jessica Bartley; one brother, Dewayne Bartley and his wife Hazel; his maternal grandparents, Robert and Diane Hillard; and his paternal grandfather, Joseph Tony Bartley, all of Bardstown.

A private funeral service was held at Clark and Houghlin Funeral Home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the family in Joshua’s memory.

Clark and Houghlin Funeral Home and Cremation Services was in charge of the arrangements.
