City council candidates on air today on special ‘Brooks & Co.’ program

Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, 8 a.m. — Bardstown City Council candidate Mark Hicks and incumbent Councilman Joe Buckman will be guests today on a special Friday edition of WBRT’s “Bro0ks & Company” program from 11 to noon on AM 1320 and 97.1 FM.

Buckman is completing his first two-year term on the council. Hicks is a first-time candidate for city council.

Both men will be on the radio today to discuss their campaigns and their ideas about Bardstown’s future needs. Tune in live, 11-noon on AM 1320, FM 97.1 or live streaming via Nelson County Gazette or www.WBRTCountry.com. The videotape of the program will air on BRTV, Bardstown Cable Channel 19 later Tuesday evening.
