Ellen Robin Fowler, 51, criminal possession forged instrument, second-degree and complicity to same; theft by deception, include cold checks under $500 and complicity to same.

Derek Grant Bailey, 26, assault, second-degree.

Richard Lee Barnes, 22, probation violation (for felony offense).

Shannon Marie Davis, 36, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Chadwick Daniel Case, 18, burglary, second-degree; theft by unlawful taking/disposition-all others.

Danny Ray Owens Jr., 39, sexual abuse, first-degree, victim under 12 years of age; incest; persistent felony offender, second-degree.

Ricky Wayne Harper, 18, burglary, second-degree and complicity to same; theft by unlawful taking/disposition-all others and complicity to same.

Nicholas A. Ballard, 26, possession of marijuana; rear license not illuminated; non-payment of fines.
