Dwight S. ‘Stan’ Wells, 59, Bardstown

Dwight S. “Stan” Wells, 59, of Bardstown, died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at his residence. He was born July 16, 1953, in Bloomfield and was a member of the Second Baptist Church of Bloomfield.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Elise Beeler and an infant sister, Aleta Louise Beeler.

He is survived by a brother, Gil Maddox of Bloomfield; two sisters, Margaret (Robert) Maddox and her husband Robert, and Jacqueline Elise Beeler, all of Bardstown; one uncle, James Beeler of Bloomfield; three nieces; one nephew;
several great-nieces and great-nephews; and his four-legged canine daughter, “Missy.”

The Funeral is 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, at the Second Baptist Church of Bloomfield with burial in the Bloomfield Cemetery.

Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, and 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, ath the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Nelson County or the Spencer County Health Clinic.
