Brandon C. Hutcherson, 21, failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor.

John Milburn Coyle, 24, probation violation (for felony offense).

Jeffrey Allen Mills, 19, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Rose Mary Fox, 35, wanton endangerment, first-degree; no/expired registration plates; no/expired Kentucky registration receipt; failure to notify address change to Dept. of Transportation; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, first offense; permit unlicensed operator to operate motor vehicle; possession of marijuana; buy/possess drug paraphernalia; public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

Sandra Lynn Looney, 54, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order; trafficking in marijuana-less than 8 ounces, first offense; possession of marijuana.

Matthew Ryan Turner, 21, non-payment of fines.

Kerry Lee Clayton, 49, alcohol intoxication in a public place.
