Mary Beatrice ‘Bea’ Rummage, 69, of Cox’s Creek
Mary Beatrice “Bea” Rummage, 69, of Cox’s Creek, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown. She was born May 29, 1943, in Nelson County. She was a lifelong homemaker and retired from the housekeeping department at Hampton Inn. She was a member of New Salem Baptist Church and was a loving mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Stanley and Willena Martin Wilson; and a great-grandson, Brice Binkley.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Jesse P. Rummage, Jr.; three sons, Tony Rummage and his wife Lisa, both of Lebanon, Craig Rummage and his wife Lisa, both of Bardstown, and Jeff Rummage of Cox’s Creek; four daughters, Terry Fogle and her husband Danny, and Tammy Guillen and her husband Miguel, all of Bardstown, Lena Rummage, Kelly Easton and her husband John, all of Cox’s Creek; two brothers, Glenn Wilson of Alabama and Lanny Wilson of Bardstown; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral is 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at Clark and Houghlin Funeral Home with burial in the New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, and 8:30-10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at Clark and Houghlin Funeral Home.
