Earl Martin, 86, formerly of Raywick, died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, at Cedars of Lebanon Nursing Home, Lebanon.

He was born March 6, 1926, in Raywick to the late Frank K. and Sarah Jane Thompson Martin. He was a lifelong Farmer and member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Raywick.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia Michael and a brother, Joseph Albert Martin.

Survivors include one nephew, William G. Michael of Louisville.

A Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Raywick, with burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. James W. Graf will be the celebrant.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Monday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Sister Mary Lois Speaks will preside.
