One injured in Saturday afternoon rollover crash on BG Parkway

Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012, 1 a.m. — One person was injured Saturday about 1:11 p.m. in a single-vehicle rollover crash of a Dodge pickup truck near the 15 mile maker of the Blue Grass Parkway. Nelson County EMS, the Bardstown Fire Department and police responded to the scene. Police requested firefighters respond to contain leaking gas and oil from the overturned truck. The injured person was transported by EMS to Hardin Memorial Hospital for treatment. Firefighters cleaned up the hazardous fluids and stayed at the crash scene for about an hour.
