Dec. 26, 2012

Carl Richard Dockter, 50, manufacturing methamphetamine and complicity to the same; trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree, less than 2 grams methamphetamine and complicity to same; possession of controlled substances, first-degree, methamphetamine and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same; possession of marijuana and complicity to the same; unlawful purchase/receipt/acquisition of ephedrine products/mixtures and complicity to the same.

William Edward Kelty, 30, alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Joshua Kenneth Blair, 21, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.
