Ronald Patrick Riggs, 50, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Zackary Ray Martinez, 22, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana.

Joseph Lee Zevotek, 25, menacing.

Jan. 1, 2013

Jacob Anderew Bartley, 23, disorderly conduct, second-degree; menacing; resisting arrest.

Richard D. Castleman, 20, wanton endangerment, first-degree; assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

James T. Mattingly, 35,  failure to appear.

Joseph Travis Downs, 34, failure to appear.

Mykel Charles Cloud, 18, alcohol intoxication in a public place.
