Robert Douglas Settles, 28, operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., .08, first offense; possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited; improper equipment; failure to wear seat belts.

Brandon Dewayne Huntt, 28, failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor.
