Cathy Maureen Fallon, 59, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting; criminal trespassing, third-degree.

Darrian D. Ellery, 20, assault, second-degree, and complicity to same; fleeing or evading police, second-degree, on foot; resisting arrest; alcohol intoxication in a public place; possession of controlled substance, first-degree (cocaine); promoting contraband, first-degree.
