Bradley D. Humphrey, 21, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., .08, first offense; possession of marijuana; possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited; failure to wear seat belts.

Monique Yolanda Bybee, 40, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.
