Congressman Guthrie interviewed live, 9 a.m. today on 1320 WBRT, 97.1 FM
Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013 — Second District Congressman Brett Guthrie will have an opporunity this morning to respond to a local newspaper editorial that took him to task for siding with “extremists” in his vote against the “fiscal-cliff” legislation.
Guthrie’s 9 a.m. interview will be broadcast live on 1320 WBRT, 97.1 FM and streamed live on the web as part of a special edition of the “Brooks & Company” talk radio show. In addition to his fiscal cliff vote, Guthrie will discuss his view on higher taxes in the light of spending levels. He will also update listeners on the next issues facing Congress, including calls for gun control legislation and the federal debt ceiling.
