Ernspiker, 30, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree, greater than or equal to 2 grams methamphetamine, and complicity to same; possession controlled substances, second-degree, drug unspecified; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to same; possession of marijuana and complicity to same; persistent felony offender, second-degree; fleeing or evading police, first-degree (motor vehicle); fleeing or evading police, second-degree (on foot); wanton endangerment, second-degree; operating on a suspended or revoked operators license; disregarding stop sign; manufacturing methamphetamine.
David Alan McIntosh, 29, disorderly conduct, second-degree; alcohol intoxication in a public place.
Robert Allen Jones, 44, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.
