Florence Dean Clark, 71, of Bloomfield
Florence Dean Clark, 71, of Bloomfield, died Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. She was the former Florence Dean Nesler, a native of Illinois, a retired employee of the Bullitt County School System where she worked in food service. She was a member of the Bloomfield Baptist Church, and a volunteer for the American Red Cross.
She was the daughter of the late Edgar and Frances Davis Nesler. She was preceded in death by one grandson; Corey Clark.
Survivors include her husband, Carlos Clark; one sister, Delores Faye Kimbal of West Union, W.Va.; one a son, Tim Clark and his wife Wilma, both of Chaplin; and three brothers, Charles Edgar Nesler and his wife Mary Lee, both of West Union, W.Va., Terry Lee Nesler and his wife Wanda, both of Pine Island, Fla., and Clint Nesler and his wife Vickie, both of Bridgeport, W.Va.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at the Houghlin Funeral Home. Bro. Richard Carwile will officiate. Burial is in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery in Radcliff.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at the funeral home.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contribution to the Bloomfield Baptist Church Building Fund.
The Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
