Rolling Thunder Chapter 4 holds February meeting

Robin Hildesheim, marketing and veterans affair case manager of Care4Ever, Senior Care Center & Tender Touch was guest speaker.
Sunday, Feb. 16, 2013 — The membership meeting of Rolling Thunder Inc. Chapter Four Kentucky was held Feb. 3, 2013. The guest speaker was Robin Hildesheim, Marketing and Veterans Affairs case manager for Care4Ever and Tender Touch. The Senior Care Center is adult day care devoted to improving the lives of senior adults. The services provided are affordable non medical for both in home and day care. Many veterans have been helped by the programs offered.

Patches were awarded to Don Zebrauskas and Kathy Austin. Randall Brantley received a Certificate for Service for his time spent in Vietnam. The First Annual Chili Cookoff was a success with money raised from the silent auction,50/50 and meal donations. The winner of the Chili cook off was Elizabethtown Fire Department.The funds will be used to assist our veterans and raise awareness of the POW/MIA issues as well as the participating fire departments charities.

Monthly Chapter Business meetings are 2 p.m. the first Sunday of the month. Meetings are held at Colvin Community Center, 230 Freedoms Way, Radcliff, KY 40121. Meetings are open to the public. Dues are $30 per year and even though many of our members are veterans and ride motorcycles, it is not a requirement to join. We are committed to and are working on POW/MIA and Veterans Issues.
