WILLIAM FABIAN MATTINGLY

William Fabian “Billy” Mattingly, 49, of Bardstown, died Thursday, March 14, 2013, at his home. He was born Oct. 16, 1963, in Nelson County to the late Fabian and Jo Ann Davis Mattingly. He was a self-employed handyman.

Survivors include one daughter, Amber Nalley and her husband Allen, both of Bardstown; two sons, Josie and Brandon Martin; two sisters, Debbie Auberry and her husband Keith, and Cheryl Baker and her husband Everett, all of Bardstown;
three brothers, Ernie Mattingly and his wife Kathy, both of Troy, Maine, Keith Mattingly of New Hope, and Greg Mattingly and his wife Mary Ann, both of Loretto; and seven grandchildren.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Monday, March 18, 2013, at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, with burial in St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery in New Hope. Dr. Peter F. “Rick” Loader will officiate.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Sunday, March 17, 2013, at Mattingly Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7 p.m.

Pallbearers are Allen Mattingly, Bryan Simpson, Kyle Mattingly, Jaime Downs, Nathan Miller and Gregory Mattingly. Honorary Pallbearers are nieces, Tracy Downs, Lee Ann Miller, Candice Monin, Brandy Auberry, Jessica Mattingly and Shelby Ratliff.

Mattingly Funeral Home in Loretto is in charge of arrangements.
