In addition to its environmentally friendly design, Apple’s website claims the soon-to-be-released iCount operates without the need for a sync cable or charger. “If you can think it, the iCount can too,” the leaked website states.
The sudden appearance of this unforeseen Apple product prompted fans of the company’s products buzzing today on the discussion boards at the AppleAddict.org website.
“This device revolutionizes the way we do business,” said Apple blogger Caleb “n00b_h8tr”‘ Hinkley.
“The design is timeless and its appeal is universal,” he said. “With the iCount, Apple is blazing a new trail and redefining the meaning of ‘digital computing.’ And its about time the company created a greener solution.”
Hinkley said he plans to be first in line at his favorte Apple store in Louisville when the company begins taking orders for the new device.
“I could place my order online, but hell — its way cooler to hangout with the other guys who love Apple stuff as much as I do. Besides, its a good way to get out of my parents’ basement for a few hours.”
Though the anticipated cost of the new Apple iCount has not been released, the website image says the pricing for the new, green device begins at $199.
Information about the iCount could not be found on the company’s public website. Calls to Apple for comment about the iCount and its anticipated release date were not returned by press time.
