Melissa Ann Wolney, 39, failure to report change in order to receive benefits.
James Marvin Coulter, 39, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; disregarding a traffic control device-traffic light; failure to dim headlights; improper lane usage-vehicles keep right except to pass.
Patrick Steve Rapier, 29, tampering with physical evidence and complicity to same; unlawful distribution of a meth precursor and complicity to same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to same; unlawful purchase/receipt/acquisition of ephedrine products/mixtures and complicity to same; possession of marijuana and complicity to same; trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree, 10 or more dosage units, drug unspecified, and complicity to same; trafficking in controlled substances, first degree, less than 2 grams methamphetamine; menacing.
