Ann Marie Lanham, 85, Bardstown

Ann Marie Lanham, 85, of Bardstown, died Sunday, April 7, 2013, at her home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, A.D. Lanham; her parents, John and Ann Marie Tichenor Conely; two daughters, Rose Marie Lanham and Rita Lanham Dodson; four brothers, Joe Conely, Ed Conely, Hank Conely, and Irvin Conely; and one sister-in-law, Eunice Seibert.

She is survived by two daughters, Margaret (Fred) Avis and her husband Fred, both of Cox’s Creek, and Mary Clapp and her husband, Michael, both of Mayfield;
seven sons, Jimmy Lanham and his wife Jacki, both of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, John Lanham, Joe Ed Lanham and his wife Sharon, Keith Lanham, Michael Lanham and his wife Kaye, Maurice Lanham and his wife Tammy, and Scott Lanham, all of Bardstown; 25 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at St. Gregory Catholic Church with the Rev. Paul Eve celebrant. Burial will be in the Lanham Family Cemetery.

Visitation is 1-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2013, and 8:30-11 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at Clark and Houghlin Funeral Home. A prayer service is 7 p.m. Tuesday.

The family has requested expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to St. Gregory School.
