One injured in single-car crash on Old Bloomfield Pike

Thursday, April 11, 2013, 12:02 p.m. — One person was injured Thursday in a single-vehicle crash in the 900 block of Old Bloomfield Pike. The crash was reported at about 11:40 Thursday morning. The car ran off the road into some trees, which pinned the doors shut on both sides of the car. The Bardstown Fire Department was called to help extricate the cars occupants and the injured person from the car. One person complaining of chest and leg pain was transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital.
