Joseph Donald “Duck” Nalley, 51, of New Haven, died Monday, April 15, 2013, at his home.
He was born June 12, 1961, in Marion County and worked as a farmer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Leon Nalley, Sr. and Bessie Frances Wade Nalley.
Survivors include two daughters, Ann Nalley of New Haven and Kim Nalley of St. Francis; one son, Don Nalley II, of St. Francis; one sister, Darlene Brammer and her husband Charles, both of Loretto; two brothers, James Nalley and his wife Patricia, both of Springfield, and David Nalley of Mount Washington; and three grandchildren, Logan Johnson and Bella Dearinger of New Haven and Anthony Nalley of St. Francis.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Thursday, April 18, 2013, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 3560 North St. Francis Road, Loretto, with burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. R. Joseph Hemmerle will be the celebrant.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto with a prayer service at 5 p.m.
Mattingly Funeral Home in Loretto is in charge of arrangements.
