Vivian ‘Bay’ Talbott, 91, Bardstown

Vivian “Bay” Talbott, 91, of Bardstown, died Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at her home. She was born Nov. 20, 1921, in Louisville. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Talbott.

She is survived by three sons, Gregory Salazar of Albuquerque, N.M., John Burr Talbott of Louisville, and Tim Talbott of Bardstown; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Thursday, April 25, 2013, at the Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral, with burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. Joe Batcheldor will officiate.

Visitation is 4–8 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2013, and 9–10:15 a.m. Thursday, April 25, 2013, at Barlow Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held 6 p.m. Wednesday.

The family requests memorial contributions go to the Nelson County Human Society or a charity of donor’s choice.

Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
