THERESA MORRISON
Theresa Morrison, 65, of Bardstown, died Saturday, April 27, 2013, at Baptist Hospital East in Louisville.
She was born Sept. 2, 1947, in Owensboro. She was a Red Cross volunteer for Indochina and Vietnamese refugees, where she was awarded the naval award in Guam. She was a homemaker, and a member of the catholic faith.
She was preceded in death by her ex-husband, John K. Morrison Sr.; her parents, Nicholas and Sue Helen Keller Wink; and one sister, Shirley Galloway.
She is survived by one daughter, Tammy Lovely of Frankfort; one son, John Morrison Jr. and his wife Brandie, both of Bardstown; two sisters, Mary Sue Elliot and Jeanette Hayden; four brothers, Ed Wink, Marvin Wink, Nick Wink, and Gene Wink; and four grandchildren, Tyler Morrison and Halli Morrison of Bardstown, Brooke Byers of Lexington, and Robert Kelty of Frankfort.
The memorial service is 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at Clark and Houghlin Funeral Home.
Visitation is 5-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contribution to the American Cancer Society.
Clark and Houghlin Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of the arrangements.
