James Daniel Carey, 27, possession of controlled substance, first-degree, opiates; possession of drug paraphernalia; endangering the welfare of a minor; tampering with physical evidence.

William Joseph Berry, 32, flagrant non-support; probation violation (for felony offense); non-payment of fines; contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order; theft of controlled substance; persistent felony offender, second-degree.

James Ronnie Harris, 51, alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Victor Wayne Shofner, 46, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; improper equipment; possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle.

Cory Steven Marshall, 28, assault, fourth-degree (no visible injury).
