Derick Lee Goodwin, 45, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security; operating on a suspended or revoked operators license; no registration plates; no registration receipt; speeding, 23 mph over limit.

William M. Van Dyke, 43, criminal trespassing, third-degree; alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Del Patrick Creason, 43, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Trevor M. Walls, 22, wanton endangerment, first-degree; parole violation (for felony offense).

Farrell Keith Husband, 53, failure to appear; resisting arrest.
