Rodrick A. Smalley, 36, wanton endangerment, first-degree; persistent felony offender, first-degree.

William Gerald Morris, 35, theft by unlawful taking or disposition-all others.

Shannon D. Thomas, 26, fleeing or evading police, second-degree (on foot); theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting.

Veronica Carol Logan, 31, theft by deception-include cold checks under $10,000.
