Robert Clay Broaddus, 23, failure to appear.

James Benjamin McKay, 22, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

Dustin Lee Druin, 29, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; carrying a concealed weapon; possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle; failure to wear seat belts.

Rachel M. Stevenson, 22, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; reckless driving; possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle.

Troy A. Winningham, 42, theft by unlawful taking or disposition – automobile; flagrant non-support.
