Bardstown firefighters called to skid steer fire off Woodlawn Rd.

Wednesday, May 15, 2013, 11:55 p.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department responded to the 2800 block of Oakwood Drive for a skid steer loader on fire. When firefighters arrived, the machine was fully involved in flames. Firefighters extinguished the blaze with a combination of water and foam. The structure nearby was undamaged, but the equipment was a total loss. Firefighters were on scene for about 30 minutes.
