Beverly J. Meyer, 36, possession of marijuana.

Serafin Legorreta, 38, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; following another vehicle too closely; possession of open alcholic beverage container in a motor vehicle; failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security; no operators/moped license.

Clayton Paul Lanham, 20, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury; alcohol intoxication in a public place.

David Ross Sanders, 22, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.
