Francis D. Hagan, 51, probation violation (for felony offense).

Chad Everette Downs, 37, burglary, third-degree.

Jacob Allen Jury, 21, trafficking in controlled substance, first-degree, less than 2 grams heroin; tampering with physical evidence; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; possession of drug paraphernalia.
