March 23, 2011

Michael Shaun Newton, 22, serving warrant (for other police agency); excessive window tinting; failure to wear seat belt.

Jordan Blake Ford, 21, possession of marijuana; failure to wear seat belt.

March 24, 2011

Jesse Phillip Ballard, 20, possession of marijuana.

Darrian Detra Ellery, 18, burglary, second-degree and complicity to same; tampering with physical evidence and complicity to same; theft by unlawful taking/disposition-from auto (2 counts); criminal mischief, second-degree and complicity to same; alcohol intoxication in a public place; giving officer false name or address; receiving stolen property – under $500.

George Anthony Bucci, 44, falsely reporting an incident.
