TIAYANA AISHA ALLEN

Tiayana Aisha Allen, 28, of Bardstown, died Friday, May 31, 2013, at Flaget Memorial Hospital. She was born Nov. 12, 1984, in Nelson County. She was a 2003 graduate of Bardstown High School, a homemaker and a member of St. John A.M.E. Zion Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Dominic Allen; her grandfather, Richard C. Allen; and an uncle, Gregory C. Allen.

She is survived by her companion, DeAndre Lewis, of Bardstown; two daughters, Anihya Allen and Natiyah Allen, both of Bardstown; two sons, LaTayvion Allen and Taiylic Allen-Lewis, both of Bardstown; her mother and stepfather, Patricia (Ernest) Baker of Bardstown; her father, Franklin Cornelius Jr., of Radcliff; two sisters, Keira Cooper of Lima, Ohio and Idalis Cornelius of Radcliff; five brothers, Cornell Baker, of Bardstown, Cornelius “Pookie” Mosse, of Austin, Texas, DeJuan Adams and Gabriel Moffitt, both of Louisville, and Trois Cooper, of Lima, Ohio; her maternal grandmother, Estelle Allen of Bardstown; her paternal grandfather, Franklin Cornelius Sr. of Radcliff; her paternal grandmother, Mary Robinson of Austin, Texas; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The funeral is 2 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2013, at Bardstown First Baptist Church with burial in the Bardstown Cemetery.

Visitation is 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2013,at the Bardstown First Baptist Church.

Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of the arrangements.
