Anne Blanchett, 84, Bardstown

Anne Blanchett, 84, of Bardstown, died Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at Cooks Care Center. She was born Oct. 18, 1928 in Bardstown. She was a homemaker, artist, and a member of First Presbyterian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Con and Muriel Moore; and 10 brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her husband, Clay Blanchett of Bardstown; two sons, Bob (Susan) Blanchett of Lexington and Richard (Cindy) Blanchett of Coral Springs, Fla.; one sister-in-law, Kitty Coates of Louisville; five grandchildren, Brian, David (Sarah) Jordan, Kyle, and Kelsey; one great-granddaughter, Emma.

A graveside service is 1 p.m. Saturday, June 8, 2013, at Mill Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. John Sanderson officiating.

Visitation is 4–7 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2013, at Barlow Funeral Home.

Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
