Fredrick R. Rausch, 23, possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor.

Jarrod Ryan Browning, 21, failure to appear.

Stephanie D. Edelen, 26, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree, less than 4 grams cocaine; endangering the welfare of a minor; possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Carlos Lewis, 26, cruelty to animals, first-degree; persistent felony offender, second-degree.

Christopher B. Culver, 37, promoting contraband, first-degree; possession of marijuana; persistent felony offender, first-degree.

James Ramond Lewis, 26, probation violation (for felony offense).

William T. Mattingly, 38, flagrant non-support.

Chris A. Wigginton, 35, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
